Wow, really..

So much time has past since my last post. Not really, but so much has been going on that it feels like years instead of weeks. I suppose have a newborn in the house throws your clock off. I have started the next 'arched row' of the blanket. I also began a granny square in the bamboo thread because I got bored working on my daughter's blanket. What a difference the stitches make in weight. The granny square is coming along alot faster and I plan on just keep going until it reaches blanket size for my son. It's only fair he get one as well. I suppose because the stitches are more spread out, the square is turning out significantly lighter than the other blanket. You could compare the granny to a summer throw and the blanket to a winter blanket. That's the best analogy I have for weight comparison.
